Overview


CPI’s Collaborating for Change conference this year will focus on Understanding Behaviour Challenges: How Experts by Experience Improve Outcomes. This event will deliver thought leadership for those working in education, health, and social care. We’ll be bringing together experts by experience, and their stories of positive outcomes, from across those sectors. The event will identify current and future practices that will serve to develop collaborative working, improve outcomes of reduced conflict and violence, and working towards making communities safer. As before, existing customers will receive added value to their CPI training by attending this event. The event will feature keynotes and 10+ workshops for delegates to choose from. A wide range of topics will be covered including:

  • Co-production & Trauma-Informed Care
  • Mental Health & Exclusion and Isolation
  • Partnership Working & Influencing Change
  • Conflict Reduction & Building Relational Approaches
  • Training To Support Culture Change
