Improve Safety in Your High-Risk Departments with De-escalation Training

High-risk departments often face unpredictable and dangerous situations, requiring staff to quickly assess risks and apply the appropriate safety interventions to prevent incidents of workplace violence.

At CPI, our high-risk training programs, such as NCI™ With Advanced Physical Skills and the new Emergency Intervention: An Extension to NCI™ With Advanced Physical Skills, equip professionals with the problem-solving and decision-making skills to prevent and respond to dangerous behaviors, ensuring safety and minimizing harm to themselves, colleagues, and patients.

  • The program is available only for organizations whose primary focus of care is adults over the age of 18.
*Emergency Intervention teaches the proper use of somatic techniques that could cause discomfort and are to be used for release and rescue, not compliance.
